Bigtoe is one of the fastest-growing on-site massage and wellness platforms in the U.S., built on a modern Laravel + React Native stack and powered by an ambitious product roadmap. We’re scaling rapidly and constantly improving how fast and efficiently we build.

We’re looking for a smart, curious, and lightning-fast technologist — someone with strong technical instincts and a builder’s mindset — to help us accelerate development, strengthen our systems, and experiment with automation and AI.

Your Mission

You’ll be the technical accelerator across our engineering team — working on projects that improve speed, reliability, and quality. You’ll build tools, automate repetitive tasks, help integrate AI workflows, and turn new ideas into working prototypes fast.

You will :

Build and ship fast : Take ownership of quick-turnaround features and internal tools that free up the core dev team.

Bridge backend and frontend : Work across React Native and APIs to ensure seamless integrations.

Automate the boring stuff : Create scripts and utilities that streamline development and testing.

Prototype and experiment : Explore AI-assisted development, vector databases, and intelligent internal tools.

Improve processes : Identify bottlenecks and introduce small, smart changes that speed up team velocity.

Ideal Profile

1–4 years of experience (exceptional recent graduate or self-taught talent welcome)

Strong in Python (automation, scripting, data handling)

Working experience with React Native or strong JavaScript fundamentals

Familiar with REST APIs, Git, debugging, and developer tooling

Quick learner who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Passionate about building, experimenting, and learning
