Summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer reporting to the Software Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure to support our global platform. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery, enhance observability, improve CI / CD pipelines, and ensure the stability and security of our AWS-hosted environments. This is a hands-on role with significant influence on our infrastructure architecture, automation strategy, and DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Lead the design and implementation of long-term improvements to infrastructure, with a forward-looking approach to scalability and automation.
• Enhance and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps methodologies.
• Strengthen security posture across all environments, with a focus on infrastructure hardening, IAM, and compliance readiness (ISO 27001, etc.).
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Containerization Technologies.
• Own and optimize infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) configurations across staging and production.
• Ensure system availability and performance through monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident response.
• Participate in and improve the on-call rotation process, ensuring reliable incident management and post-mortems.
