Job Overview : Global Environmental Solution is seeking four dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to represent our bio-medical waste management services across key districts of Uttarakhand. The ideal candidates will have strong connections within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a proven track record in bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sales .

Key Responsibilities : Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities in the assigned region.

Explain the importance and process of proper bio-medical waste handling and disposal.

Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.

Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts.

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements : Proven experience in sales and marketing within the bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sector .

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Knowledge of Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 preferred.
