Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will oversee the entire supply chain process for an e-commerce business from procurement planning and vendor management to logistics coordination and inventory control. This role ensures smooth product movement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Forecast material requirements based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Build strong relationships with logistics partners, 3PL providers, and vendors.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers and dark stores.
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate for competitive pricing and service quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment with minimal delays.
• Track freight and shipping costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, production, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements using automation and Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in e-commerce or high-volume retail.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Proficiency in ERP / WMS systems and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
