Job description

Decorpot is looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to translate client conversations into stunning, functional designs. You'll be confident in communicating regularly with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and adapting your approach based on feedback. Staying current with interior design trends is crucial to providing our clients with innovative and relevant ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Create attractive and functional designs and layouts for various interior projects.
  • Meet with clients to thoroughly understand their objectives and desires .
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and your internal team to ensure all client needs are addressed seamlessly throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare compelling presentations for clients, utilizing 3D renderings, 2D layouts, mock-ups, and other visual aids to bring designs to life.
  • Create accurate quotes for clients and ensure the full design and project workflow is followed diligently.
  • Maintain continuous industry knowledge to stay relevant with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Skills

  • Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator , or other relevant design programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and proposals clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven project management skills to oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and adapt design approaches based on feedback.
  • Familiarity with the latest interior design landscape and trends.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in interior design, with specific expertise in Residential Designs & Modular Kitchen projects.
