Content Producer

Duties :

The purpose of this role is to build, update, and maintain technical learning content across CRM, CTA, and ArchX. The content developer focuses on providing final content support for redesigns, post-launch enhancements, defect resolution, and ongoing maintenance. This role will develop and revise technical learning assets in Rise, Intrepid, and other platforms while ensuring compliance with content standards for tone, formatting, and accessibility. Responsibilities also include performing QA checks for accuracy, broken links, formatting, and platform compatibility, as well as shifting priorities across multiple programs based on demand. The content developer will collaborate with SMEs, Program Owners, and the Content Owner to deliver timely updates and leverage technical expertise to strengthen program content.

Skills :

This position requires strong technical skills in learning content development, proficiency with Rise, Intrepid, and related platforms, and the ability to ensure content quality through detailed QA processes. The content developer must demonstrate adaptability in working across multiple programs with competing priorities and be skilled at collaborating with cross-functional partners, including SMEs and learning strategists. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to produce content that meets accessibility, formatting, and tone standards are essential.

Education :

A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with at least three years of experience in digital learning content development. Experience supporting technical training or certification programs is highly desirable, as is demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting content defects and maintaining learning assets at scale.
