We are looking for an experienced AI / ML Architect / Solutions Lead to drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI / ML, coupled with leadership experience in building scalable, high-performance models and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that leverage AI / ML technologies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end AI / ML solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and data scientists to identify and understand key business problems and propose AI / ML-driven solutions.
• Define and drive the AI / ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Architect scalable and efficient machine learning systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and advancements in AI / ML technologies, and apply them to solve complex business challenges.
• Provide leadership and guidance to data scientists and engineers, mentoring and ensuring best practices in model development and deployment.
• Ensure the deployment of AI / ML models into production, including monitoring, optimization, and iteration based on real-world performance.
