Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business operations. This role requires a strong technical background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure Salesforce applications that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications with a focus on performance and best practices.
Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as data models, architecture diagrams, and integration details.
Implement and manage system integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL, and Flows.

In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.

Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations and middleware tools.

Salesforce Certifications : Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred).

Preferred :

Experience with CI / CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

Prior exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
