Responsibilities :
Assist in the selection, development, and integration of Power Electronic Components like Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU 3in1 for 3W, LCV, Tractor and HCV EV applications, power range from 3KW to 350KW.
Support for application firmware development, for Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU 3in1 and real-time processing.
Work on Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU 3in1 hardware design, ensuring compliance with functional safety and EMI-EMC standards.
Assist in calibration and tuning of Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU 3in1 parameters with different ECUs.
Develop and execute Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU and 3in1 validation and testing plans, vehicle-level testing.
Support CAN communication setup, including CAN matrix preparation and DBC file creation.
Analyse and debug Onboard Charger, DC-DC converter, PDU and 3in1 in both development and field applications.
Assist in thermal management and power efficiency optimization of Power Electronic components.
Work with cross-functional teams like powertrain, battery, and vehicle control systems.
Research and contribute to next-generation of Power Electronic technology for improved performance and efficiency.
