Qualifications

Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of pedagogy and child-centered learning

Previous experience in a leadership role in the education sector

Excellent organizational and management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Master's degree in Education or a related field

Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
