Social Media Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager (2+ years experience) to manage social media and run paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, along with organic strategies to generate quality leads.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, retargeting strategies, ROAS optimization, and industry tools & techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Ensure consistent ROAS and improve ad performance over time.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Manage and oversee all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Generate leads through multiple organic platforms like social media, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps etc.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and report on content.
