Media Planner

We are seeking a highly driven Media Planner with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to join our dynamic team at SRV Media. The role demands strong analytical skills, campaign planning expertise, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver ROI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Planning

Develop integrated media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to achieve client objectives.

Conduct competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities for clients.

Recommend optimal channel mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads Manager.

Manage campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.

Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to maximize performance.

Client Servicing & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely reporting.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable media plans.

Present campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Build long-term relationships by proactively suggesting innovations and solutions.

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting performance, insights, and action steps.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to track and measure ROI.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager) .

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client servicing skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
