As our Capital Markets Business Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and finance, directly impacting :

  • Strategic Decision Making : Your analysis will impact major financial decisions affecting 70,000+ active consumers
  • Multi-Partner Operations : Support 3 active lending partners with real-time analytics
  • Risk Management : Protect both company sustainability and customer financial health

This is not a support role – you’ll be a strategic partner working directly with US leadership during their business hours, with your insights shaping real-time lending decisions and capital deployment strategies.

Educational Qualifications

Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from a recognized university
  • Strong academic record with consistent performance

    • Preferred :

  • Master’s degree (MBA / M.Tech / MCA) from premier institutes
  • Professional certifications : CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP

  • Reporting Excellence (30%) : Deliver 95% accurate reports within 2 business days of period-end
  • Process Optimization (25%) : Reduce data processing time by 25% through automation

    • Core Responsibilities

    Technical Delivery

  • Write optimized SQL queries processing millions of records with sub-second response times
  • Develop Python scripts for complex data transformations and automation
  • Build Power BI / Tableau dashboards serving as daily decision tools for leadership
  • Maintain 99.9% uptime on critical financial reporting systems

    • Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with Capital Markets, Finance, Accounting, and Analytics teams
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications with 95% first-time acceptance
  • Serve as subject matter expert on data catalog and business logic
  • Proactively identify and solve business problems before escalation

    • Documentation & Governance

  • Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications
  • Maintain data dictionary and process documentation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data governance policies
  • Establish best practices for data quality and integrity

    • Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities across manual processes
  • Advise on product roadmap and technology architecture decisions
  • Support development of predictive models and forecasting systems
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies

    • Required Technical Skills

    Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • SQL Expertise : 3+ years working with complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning
  • Python Proficiency : Data manipulation (pandas, numpy), automation, API integration
  • BI Tools : Advanced Power BI or Tableau with demonstrable portfolio
  • Excel : Advanced functions, VBA, complex financial modeling
  • Database Systems : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS
