Role Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for raw materials, packaging, and operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, quality control, and on-time supply through strong vendor management and planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan material requirements based on production and inventory levels.
  • Maintain reorder levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate with QA / QC for quality checks and documentation (COA, MSDS, etc.).
  • Track market rates and suggest cost optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly purchase and vendor performance reports.
  • Work with Accounts for GRN, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Implement digital tracking systems (Excel / ERP / Zoho).

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of procurement experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and purchase management tools.
  • Experience in packaging and raw material sourcing preferred.
