Job descriptionChannel Partner Development : Build and manage partnerships with TPOs, influencers, and training networks for repeat student inflow. Ground Activation : Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to drive leads. Revenue Accountability : All partnerships must tie back to measurable signups with CAC discipline. 6–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-ed partnerships, or B2B growth roles. Strong network among training networks, and corporates in India (global exposure a plus). Own and operate the field sales engine for Corporate Outreach A closer — proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and deliver volume-based signups. Metrics-driven : not just closing MoUs, but ensuring student enrollments happen. A natural relationship-builder who thrives in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems.
