Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. SMS Campaign Management
- Execute promotional, transactional, and service-related SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and business teams for content, targeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms such as TRAI and DLT.
- Monitor delivery rates, opt-outs, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain campaign logs and generate performance reports.
2. IVR Campaign Execution
Set up and manage outbound IVR campaigns including reminders, surveys, and service updates.Collaborate with tech teams to configure call flows and voice prompts.Monitor call success rates, drop-offs, and customer responses.Analyze IVR campaign performance and suggest improvements.Ensure IVR scripts are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand tone.3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Review all communication content for accuracy, tone, and regulatory compliance.Conduct regular audits of SMS, IVR, and BOT interactions.Ensure adherence to data privacy and communication regulations.4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance.Recommend improvements to enhance engagement and campaign efficiency.5. Coordination & Support
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Product.Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.Support ad-hoc communication needs during product launches or service disruptions.Skills Required
