Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. SMS Campaign Management

  • Execute promotional, transactional, and service-related SMS campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and business teams for content, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms such as TRAI and DLT.
  • Monitor delivery rates, opt-outs, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain campaign logs and generate performance reports.

2. IVR Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage outbound IVR campaigns including reminders, surveys, and service updates.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to configure call flows and voice prompts.
  • Monitor call success rates, drop-offs, and customer responses.
  • Analyze IVR campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure IVR scripts are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand tone.
  • 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Review all communication content for accuracy, tone, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits of SMS, IVR, and BOT interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and communication regulations.
  • 4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance engagement and campaign efficiency.
  • 5. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Product.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc communication needs during product launches or service disruptions.
