Our Client is a fast-growing Global SaaS Enterprise in the AI-driven Customer Experience and Omnichannel Automation space is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale implementation projects across top enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will :
Drive End-to-End Enterprise Implementations
- Own project delivery from kick-off to go-live for complex, high-impact SaaS deployments.
- Lead solutioning, requirements mapping, and implementation strategy.
- Maintain a project tracker (JIRA, G-sheet, Cogniz, Asana) for each of the projects and proactively escalate for leadership intervention
Act as the Primary Client Partner
Lead project discussions with CXOs, product teams, and business stakeholders.Manage expectations, align roadmaps, and ensure flawless delivery.Lead & Mentor a Cross-Functional Team
Manage project managers, developers, QA, and technical leads.Run scrums, track JIRA boards, and ensure project discipline & accountability.Ensure Project Excellence
Build and maintain project trackers, execution plans, and milestone dashboards.Conduct weekly / monthly business reviews (WBR / MBR) with enterprise clients.Stakeholder Management
Conduct regular status meetings and act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and streamline workflows.Risk, Escalations & Process Optimization
Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation.Improve internal delivery processes, templates, and SLAs.Business Reviews and Reporting
Develop and execute weekly and monthly business review (WBR / MBR) plans with clients.Prepare and present project performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.Technical & Delivery Expertise
8+ years of experience in technical project management , preferably in SaaS, CX, CRM, or Enterprise Tech.Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder, large-scale implementations.People & Stakeholder Leadership
Experience handling teams of PMs / engineers / QA.Ability to translate between technical and business requirements.Tools & Methods
Strong hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, G-Sheets .Understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks.Added Advantage
Certifications : PMP, CSM, Agile, PRINCE2 .Experience working with global enterprise clients across BFSI, e-commerce, logistics, telecom, or consumer internet.Why Join This Role?
