The Successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our participant acquisition and revenue growth targets.A Successful Candidate Should Have : At least 3 years of experience in B2C SalesDesire to taken on ambitious targets and own the outcomesExcellent verbal, listening and written business communication skillsPremium product / service mindset(not “sales by discounting” mindset)Strong analytical skills especially with respect to sales performance metrics and reportingPersonality / gravitas / confidence to interact with business leaders and CHROs as a peer and trusted advisor, rather than as a “requirement taker”A problem solver with a good stakeholder management skillA proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsComfortable and poised speaking with mid-to Sr. level managers, business leaders and HR Leader
