As a Thermal Engineer in our R&D Centre, you will lead the design and development of next-generation refrigeration systems and thermal management solutions. Your expertise will help us create indigenous technologies with unique value propositions for the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heat load calculations and thermal analysis for refrigeration systems.
• Design and optimize cooling and heating devices using analytical and simulation methods.
• Utilize advanced design and simulation software for thermal and fluid flow modeling.
• Apply strong knowledge of Refrigeration Cycle parts and systems in product development.
• Research and integrate market trends into innovative designs and technologies.
• Contribute to new technology development and define unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.
