We're Hiring - Full Stack Java Developer (3–5 Years Experience) at Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt Ltd (India)

Location : Remote

Work Hours : Full Time

Shift : Indian Mid Shift (2 PM – 10 PM IST) supporting US Client

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Java Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development along with proficiency in modern frontend technologies, enabling them to build and maintain end-to-end web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java for backend and modern frameworks for frontend.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, QA, DevOps) to deliver scalable solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance product development.

Required Skills & Experience :

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA.

Proficiency in frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular / React / Vue.js.

Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred).

Familiarity with version control tools (Git / GitHub / Bitbucket).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc.).
