About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and optimize SEO activities across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices and a proven track record of driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize SEO activities across multiple websites to improve search visibility and rankings.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify ranking gaps to uncover new opportunities.

Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to drive organic growth.

Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, content, site structure, and internal linking.

Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements to address site speed, indexing, and crawl errors.

Implement off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building techniques.

Manage content updates and SEO optimization on Word Press websites.

Track and analyze SEO performance using tools and prepare regular performance reports.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals.

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices to maintain competitive edge.

Key Requirements :

Experience : 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven results.

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Word Press proficiency (content updates, plugin management, SEO optimization).

Expertise in SEO and reporting tools, including :

GA4

Google Search Console

SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz

Screaming Frog

Looker Studio (or any reporting tool)

Excel / Sheets

Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying ranking gaps.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
