The client is in the US Healthcare space and is looking at hiring a Employee Relations Manager for their team at Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Jaipur.
Role :
- 7-12 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in grievance and conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, especially in relation to POSH.
- Experience working with multi-location teams in a service industry environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proactive approach with a passion for improving workplace culture and engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
