Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with Microsoft and AWS.
This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our growth by leveraging the combined strengths of Kore.
ai and Microsoft / AWS to accelerate enterprise adoption of our GenAI solutions through the Microsoft / AWS ecosystem.
Role Description :

This Partner Marketing Manager role will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with Microsoft and AWS partner marketing teams and key stakeholders, developing joint marketing plans, and driving impactful campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and ultimately, revenue within the hyperscaler ecosystem.
Key Execution :
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage partner ecosystems.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and technical teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Content Development & Marketing :
Develop compelling joint value propositions and messaging frameworks.Create co-branded marketing materials, case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.Collaborate on webinars, thought leadership content, and industry presentations.Digital Marketing & Lead Generation :
Execute digital marketing campaigns through Kore.ai and partner channels.
Optimize joint campaigns for lead generation and pipeline acceleration.Leverage partner digital platforms, events, and co-marketing opportunities.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI across multiple touchpoints.Event Management & Execution :
Plan, coordinate, and execute joint events with hyperscalers, including webinars, workshops, and customer briefings.Manage Kore.ai presence at Microsoft / AWS events, including Ignite, Build, regional summits, and industry conferences.Coordinate speaking opportunities, booth presence, and sponsorship activities at Microsoft events.Execute virtual and in-person events to drive lead generation and customer engagement.Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.Develop event strategies that align with Microsoft partner event calendar and priorities.Agency & Vendor Management :
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.Oversee creative development and campaign execution with agency partners.Qualifications & Skills Required :
Must-Have Skills :
5+ years of partner marketing experience with enterprise technology companies.Strong digital marketing expertise, including campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation.Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across sales, product, and technical teams.Content development and storytelling abilities with experience creating compelling B2B marketing materials.Event management and execution experience including conference management, webinars, and virtual events.Agency management experience including vendor selection, relationship management, and performance optimization.Executive engagement skills with comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Experience working with hyperscalers preferred (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required; MBA preferred.
