B2B Marketing Manager

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Experience : 5+ years

Employment Type : Full-time

Note : This role is open only to candidates currently based in Bangalore with prior experience in a B2B marketing agency or SaaS company.

About the Role

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client success. You’ll lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients—owning everything from campaign planning to performance analysis. This role demands a strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute and optimize.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop, present, and deliver integrated marketing strategies and performance reports.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, insights, and strategic recommendations.

New Business & Growth

  • Contribute to new client acquisition by developing pitch strategies and proposal decks.
  • Present to potential partners and drive demand generation campaigns for Koda’s own growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and service offerings.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels — including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and content marketing.
  • Oversee SEO / SEM, performance marketing, marketing automation, and content initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal content, design, and analytics teams to ensure flawless delivery, on time and within budget.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot.
  • Derive insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and B2B best practices.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / full stack marketing, preferably in a B2B agency or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, marketing funnels, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
