Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes across all PCB manufacturing stages (lamination, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, and final inspection).
Lead in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-6012).
Identify root causes of product defects and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and maintain quality documentation — control plans, inspection reports, deviation reports.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous process improvement.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of all testing and measuring instruments.
Conduct routine testing of process chemicals (copper plating, etching, stripping, etc.) and record test data.
Prepare chemical solutions and maintain correct process parameters.
Perform micro-sectioning, cross-section analysis, and thickness measurement of copper and plating layers.
Maintain laboratory instruments such as titration setups, pH meters, and analytical balances.
Ensure proper lab documentation, calibration records, and chemical inventory management.
Follow all safety and environmental protocols while handling chemicals
