Job Description

What you get to do in this role :

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the design and development of our AI-first observability platform . You will play a key role in building the next-generation observability pipeline that powers intelligent insights through agentic AI, distributed APIs, and advanced data correlation .

• Lead architecture and development of distributed APIs and observability data pipelines.
• Integrate and advance agentic AI capabilities within observability workflows to enable intelligent automation, anomaly detection, and correlation.
• Kick off AI-first observability initiatives, including query federation and statistical modelling.
• Design scalable data models and ingestion pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Drive engineering best practices and mentor senior engineers.
• Collaborate with AI / ML, SRE, and Product teams to deliver intelligent, reliable observability solutions.
