Farmhouses Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Farmhouses Supervisor to manage our operations in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about rural hospitality and farm management. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the farmhouse, providing exceptional guest experiences, and leading a small team to maintain our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the farmhouse, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage staff and schedule their duties to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise the planning and execution of events held at the farmhouse.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage procurement as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or complaints.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for property upkeep.
• Prepare reports on operational activities and performance metrics.
