Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Encompass LOS

Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and compliance workflows

Proficiency in manual testing and test case design

Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI)

Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent analytical and communication skills
