FATCA / CRS Reporting Expert

Seeking a diligent specialist to spearhead FATCA and CRS reporting tasks.

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced professional who can effectively manage day-to-day compliance duties, encompassing tax form review, investor data management, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FATCA and CRS reporting with a reputable firm or multinational asset manager
• In-depth understanding of OECD CRS and U.S. FATCA regulations, particularly due diligence, reporting schemas, and entity classification rules
• Expertise in preparing XML reports for multiple jurisdictions, especially in Europe
• Familiarity with schema validation tools and error handling
• Experience reviewing US withholding tax forms (W-8 / W-9s) and CRS forms
• Advanced Excel skills, including data management and cleansing
