We are seeking a motivated Telesales Team Lead for our Vadodara office. This mid-level, full-time position requires demonstrated expertise in leading telesales teams, driving lead generation, and monitoring team performance to achieve ambitious targets in the education sector.
Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent team leadership abilities with proven experience in guiding sales teams towards success (Mandatory skill).
- Strong proficiency in generating leads and identifying business opportunities within a competitive market (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated capability in monitoring team performance, analyzing KPIs, and implementing corrective actions (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in coaching and developing sales team members to improve their sales techniques and customer engagement skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM management to efficiently track prospects, manage customer data, and analyze sales pipelines.
- Proven ability in setting and communicating clear sales targets, and consistently driving the team to meet or exceed goals.
- Strong record keeping skills, ensuring accurate documentation of calls, conversations, and sales activities for reporting purposes.

Roles And Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve and surpass lead generation and sales targets.Design, implement, and monitor daily and monthly plans for telesales activities in alignment with organizational objectives.Supervise sales calls and provide constructive feedback to continually enhance the team's performance and conversion rates.Utilize CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure all client interactions and sales outcomes are accurately recorded.Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver coaching sessions to promote ongoing professional development.Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with senior management to set realistic targets and develop successful telesales strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all telesales operations.Skills Required
