Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Staff (Semi-Qualified CA) to support US and Indian audit engagements. The role involves executing audit procedures, preparing working papers, and ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on financials audit for US clients in accordance with US GAAP and PCAOB/GAAS (training support provided)
• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits for Indian clients, Support audits as per Indian GAAP, Companies Act, and Standards on Auditing (SA)
• Execute audit procedures under supervision and document audit workpapers
• Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliation of financial statements
• Identify audit issues and communicate findings to seniors/managers
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and client deliverables
• Coordinate with clients to obtain audit data and clarifications
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Accounting & Auditing concepts
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP / Indian GAAP
• Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work in multiple engagements and tight deadlines
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work in US audit time zones when required

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior exposure to US audits / Big 4 / CPA firms
• Knowledge of audit tools/software
