Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute employee retention strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate employees.
- Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to strengthen culture.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive retention measures.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to address employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Ideal Candidate :
MBA in HR or equivalent
✅4+ years’ experience in employee engagement, retention, and R&R programs
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
