Position : DevOps Engineer
Experience : 3–5 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure and CI / CD automation
About The Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and clean, reliable systems.
If you love writing scripts more than clicking around dashboards, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing and improving our AWS-based infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring systems that keep our global platform running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a small, high-impact DevOps team working closely with backend, AI, and product engineering to ensure reliability, performance, and speed of delivery.
What You’ll Do Most Of The Time
Manage and optimize our AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Route53, CodeBuild, etc.)
Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible , Python , and shell scripts
Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines on Bitbucket and GitHub
Develop internal tools and scripts for deployments, monitoring, and maintenance
Improve observability and alerting through Prometheus , Grafana , Monit , and mmonit
Maintain and enhance our Elastic Cloud monitoring and logging stack
Collaborate with developers to streamline builds, releases, and environment management
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments (staging, production, etc.)
Continuously look for ways to make systems faster, more secure, and more reliable
What You’ll Need To Qualify
3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
Strong AWS expertise — Route53, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC / subnets, IAM, etc.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting — you can build tools and automations, not just run them
Experience writing Ansible playbooks or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks
Familiarity with CI / CD systems like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins
Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking, and system-level troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to debug complex systems end-to-end
Preferred Skills
You don’t need all of these — but you should be comfortable learning what you don’t know :
Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
Experience with Prometheus , Grafana , Monit / mmonit , or similar monitoring tools
Knowledge of Elastic Cloud , Elasticsearch , or centralized logging systems
Understanding of deployment strategies (blue-green, rolling updates, etc.)
Familiarity with cost optimization, scaling, and performance tuning on AWS
What You’ll Get
A chance to work on large-scale, global systems with high availability and real-world impact
Freedom to automate, optimize, and shape our DevOps practices from the ground up
Smart teammates who care deeply about clean code and reliable systems
Industry-best salary and benefits
5-day work week
Annual loyalty bonus
Six-monthly profit sharing bonus
