Responsibilities

• Instruction : Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional activities that align with middle school math curriculum standards.
• Assessment : Assess student understanding and progress through various methods like tests, quizzes, and assignments, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management : Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaboration : Work with other teachers, staff, and administrators to share best practices and develop integrated units.
• Communication : Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, concerns, and academic development.
• Support : Provide extra help or tutoring to students who need additional support, and mentor students as they transition to higher grades.
• Professional Development : Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching strategies and technology.
