What we are looking for

2-10 years of recruitment / sourcing experience is a MUST

Previous experience in an executive search or professional search environment is preferred

Strong research skills with a keen eye for details and pattern recognition

Excellent written and verbal communication

A natural curiosity and commercial mindset

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research : Conduct detailed market mapping exercises, competitor intelligence to identify potential candidates and target organizations aligned with client briefs.

Candidate Sourcing & Quality Management : Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks and present quality profiles to consultants and clients within agreed timelines;

track and report research progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to turnaround timelines.

Research Reporting : Deliver research reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for client projects with a target of 2-3 per month.

Consultant Support : Assist consultants in building strong candidate and client relationships, which will be evaluated based on consultant satisfaction and internal feedback score.

Data Management : Maintain an up-to-date and accurate talent pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an accuracy of 95%+.
