Job description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. The Quality Analyst will work closely with developers and project stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure adherence to requirements.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
Perform regression testing and track defects using appropriate tools.
Analyze test results and report on quality metrics to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in software testing methodologies and processes.

Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
