💰 Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
🏭 Industry : Garment / Apparel Manufacturing
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced and proactive Senior Merchandisers to join our growing team.
If you can independently manage product development, costing, T&A planning, vendor coordination, and production follow-ups — this role gives you full ownership and leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development, sampling, and buyer approvals
- Prepare costing sheets, consumption, trims / fabric BOMs
- Build and manage detailed T&A calendars
- Drive communication with design, production, vendors & buyers
- Oversee sampling, bulk, quality checks, and timely dispatch
- Source fabrics, trims, wash techniques as required
- Maintain production sheets, WIP trackers, ERP entries
- Troubleshoot delays, escalate issues, and ensure on-time delivery
