Keeping this short and sweet – 7 years into building TYS, and post multiple business pivots, I’ve come to realise I’m effectively building ‘a McKinsey’ for smaller budding businesses and larger businesses alike - in other words, a business consultancy, with theoretical expertise and better still, a core team with execution capabilities, all wrapped into one.

Yes, we work in the umbrella field of ‘performance marketing’ but our services currently go far beyond, including but not limited to Meta / Google performance marketing & remarketing, retention, marketplace growth, in addition to best practice around business setup like unit math derivation and shipping partner efficiencies.

Therefore, I’m essentially looking for someone adept with building businesses. There’s no better way to say it. In terms of immediate skills, we’re looking for the following -

• Meta ads, including both conversion, non-conversion and remarketing.
• Google ads, including search, display, standard shopping, P-Max and YouTube.
• Retention marketing, including customer segmentation and copywriting.
• Snapchat ads, including both conversion, non-conversion and remarketing.
• Content curation, content referencing, and original content ideation.

While intellect is paramount, TYS hires keeping 3 more core pillars in mind - Discipline, Trust and Temperament.

This is a full-time position in Mumbai, and an in-office position only, out of our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
