Description
Product Operations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process. The Product Operations team works closely with Offering Managers and cross-functional departments such as engineering / R&D manufacturing / sourcing or software development internal sales and field sales marketing as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth development and return on investment of the organizations product portfolio today and in the future.
The Product Operations Data Specialist supports the Product Operations Leader in successfully managing the product data data analytics and reporting for New Product Development and Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities
- As Data Specialist of Product Operations you will provide meaningful data analysis and own product data integrity to support the overall Honeywell NPD GDM which will enable standardized and digitized processes within our business models to accelerate Organic Growth
- Drives strong new product development (NPD) management operating systems (MOS) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product data is entered on-time and maintained in the systems of record
- Owns product data end-to-end throughout entire portfolio lifecycle by managing the product hierarchy (PH) product information master (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) for assigned product lines
- Analyzes data and creates insightful data-driven report outs to leadership to outline where improvement is needed in order to achieve organic growth goals
- Define framework for Accelerator digital architecture driving continuous improvement activities while managing the change control process for all GDMs and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Partner with Honeywell Commercial Teams to digitize business roadmaps to accelerate Organic Growth
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management / Business Transformation at Corporate level or Top-tier consulting firm to include :Experience in an industrial environment of large global organization
Experience managing global portfolio of offerings and driving Change ManagementExceptional Data and Analytics SkillsAbility to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies / concept through the organization Drives development of advanced technologies principles and processes.PREFERRED
Experience in working in diverse projects Matrix organization structure with solid and dotted line reporting across global sites.Demonstrated business acumen with the leadership and functional ability to define and implement growth strategiesAbility to structure and independently lead cross-functional strategy projects working collaboratively with stakeholders across the companyExperience with project planning scoping and execution in a phase-gate and / or agile environmentProven experience on continues improvement and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflowsProven experience with creating and managing a strong MOSStorytelling skills; delivering presentations with ease engaging audiencesProven capacity to be effective in a complex global business environment.
