We are looking for a Process Manager to lead process transformation and optimization for the SAP S4 Hana implementation.

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence, benchmarking best practices, and enabling change leadership across global teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map current and future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S / 4 Hana implementation.
• Conduct workshops to map and analyze current and future-state procurement processes.
• Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into process designs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate and refine process flows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support change management, communication, and training efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation :
• Bachelors degree in Business Process Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in process transformation and optimization within ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and SAP S / 4 Hana capabilities.
• Familiarity with ECC legacy systems and transition planning.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Data fluency and ability to interpret process performance metrics.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate strategic process thinking with a passion for operational excellence.

You should be skilled in leading cross-functional workshops and driving consensus across diverse teams.

Comfort navigating complex change environments is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable process solutions.
