Core Activities :

Collect and prioritize Business requirements for knowledge and project management use cases
Design, develop, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Create and operate a corporate Copilot Agent Marketplace
Implement confluence centric use case based on ROVO
Define guidelines to produce AI-ready documentation and maximize agent performance
Monitor agent usage, performance, and impact on employee efficiency
Report progress and value realization quarterly to the program

Skills (technical, languages…) :

Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio for designing, developing, and operating enterprise-grade AI agents.

Strong capabilities in conversation design and prompt engineering to ensure accurate, relevant, and reliable agent responses.

Experience integrating AI agents with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise connectors to access and orchestrate corporate data.

Solid understanding of enterprise search and knowledge management concepts, including semantic search and contextual retrieval.

Ability to design and implement AI-ready documentation standards to maximize agent performance and accuracy.

Experience with API-based integrations and automation (REST services, Power Automate, event-driven workflows).

Capability to monitor, analyze, and report on AI agent usage, performance, and efficiency impact (KPIs, dashboards).

Strong knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in an enterprise AI context.

Experience delivering AI solutions in an Agile delivery model, including testing, release management, and hypercare support.

Knowledge of Atlassian platform : confluence, Jira, Rovo, altassian AI
