Under Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience : Fresher / 1-2 Years

Responsibilities :

  • Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day-to-day timetable and communicate it to the operation team.
  • Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch.
  • Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completed
  • Send reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App.
  • Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day before the project for the faculty.
  • Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP.
  • The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up for optimal learning.
  • Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform, including the recording feature, is functional.

Right Fit :

  • Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints / Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and apps for communication and scheduling.
