Job description

To recruit, develop, and manage a team of high-performing insurance advisors, driving sales growth and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The Agency Manager will be responsible for fostering a productive sales environment, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and upholding the brand values of Care Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Advisor Recruitment & Development :

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard a team of qualified and motivated Insurance Advisors in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
  • Provide continuous guidance, training, and mentorship to advisors to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and ethical conduct within the agency team.

Sales & Business Development :

  • Drive sales of Care Health Insurance products through the agency channel to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the agency to penetrate new markets and expand customer reach.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Performance & Productivity Management :

  • Ensure advisors maintain high levels of sales productivity and adherence to prescribed business metrics.
  • Implement motivational initiatives and incentive programs to encourage target achievement and advisor retention.
  • Compliance & Brand Representation :

  • Ensure all agency operations and advisor activities comply strictly with internal company policies, processes, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Uphold the brand image and values of Care Health Insurance in all interactions with advisors, customers, and the market.
  • Reporting & Administration :

  • Maintain accurate records of agency performance, advisor activities, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales figures, recruitment progress, and other key performance indicators.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented with a proven ability to drive sales.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and coach individuals.
  • Sound understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory environment is preferred.
