This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features.

The ideal candidate will perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs.

You'll also test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.

Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.

You'll reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.

You'll maintain test documentation and track quality metrics.

You'll contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-2 years of QA experience, a strong understanding of QA methodologies, and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Postman.

You'll be expected to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.

Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.

AWS Knowledge is also highly desirable.
