Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimize for performance, and deliver measurable business results.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Define targeting strategies including demographics, interests, geographies, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, and engagement.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics : CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPM.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and engaging social content.
- Generate detailed campaign and social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, along with social media account management.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, bidding models, and attribution.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Experience in social media growth strategies, content planning, and engagement tactics.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and ability to work independently.
