Operations Lead – Interior Fit out Projects

Responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring timely execution with high quality and client satisfaction. Key duties include coordinating manpower, fostering communication among stakeholders, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and managing client / vendor relationships. Requires strong project management, communication, and multitasking skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications :

B.Tech (Civil / Architecture) or B.Tech + MBA (RICS / NICMAR), 2+ years’ experience in corporate / residential interior fit out projects, detail-oriented, client-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.
