ICO Support Role Requirements :

1. Creation and Troubleshooting of Virtual Servers in OCI : Manage virtual servers efficiently.

2. Provisioning and Managing Storage : Ensure efficient allocation and management of storage resources. Oversee the organization and maintenance of block / object storage.

3. Implementing Backup and Recovery Solutions : Ensure data integrity and availability through effective backup and recovery strategies.

4. Configuration of Load Balancers on OCI : Ensure load balancers are set up and functioning correctly.

5. Setup Compartment Security Boundaries : Establish clear security boundaries within compartments.

6. Deploy Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) : Implement and manage VCNs.

7. Create and Troubleshoot VCN, Subnets, and Route Tables : Ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.

8. Configure Security Lists and Network Security Groups (NSGs) : Maintain robust security configurations.

9. Identify and Implement of IAM Roles and Policies : Ensure the principle of least privilege is applied in IAM.

10. Apply Security Zones & Cloud Guard for Continuous Monitoring : Maintain ongoing security vigilance.

11. Implementing Security Best Practices : Adhere to and enforce security best practices.

12. Setup Vulnerability Scanning and Cloud Guard for Security Monitoring : Continuously monitor and scan for vulnerabilities.

13. Enable OCI Logging & Monitoring :

• Configure Audit Logs
• Object Storage Logs
• Compute Logs

14. Setup Alarms and Notifications : Ensure timely alerts and notifications.

15. Prepare Audit and Compliance Related Reports : Generate necessary reports for audits and compliance.
