We’re Hiring : CRM & Sales Executive (CRM & Sales)
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to take charge of both sales and customer relationship management for our brand. This role is hands-on, combining direct sales responsibilities with the management of customer data and interactions to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
What You’ll Do :
- Actively drive sales by generating leads, prospecting, and closing opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Ensure customer records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales with exposure to CRM management.Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.Why Join Us?
