We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) to lead and scale the architecture, engineering, and AI / automation systems at SkillsCapital — a global tech talent platform powered by AI and built for the enterprise ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the founding team to own everything from platform architecture and core infrastructure to LLM-driven intelligence systems, automation pipelines, and delivery scalability — and help us scale from 20 → 100.

🎯 Experience is no bar for this role, but performance is. We’re looking for a high-performing individual with strong technical exposure in building B2B platforms, Enterprise Tech Solutions, AI integrations, and scalable cloud infrastructure — ideally within enterprise software, HRTech, talent platforms, or product-led B2B domains. What matters most is your ability to build, take full ownership of technology, operate with clarity and accountability, and consistently deliver scalable, productized systems in a fast-moving environment.
