Brand Partnership Professional (1–3 Years Experience)

Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai | Full-Time

About the Role :

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Brand Partnership Professional to join our growing team at Outbrand Solutions. If you’re energetic, ambitious, and eager to build your career in the influencer marketing and media space, this opportunity is for you.

You’ll play a key role in connecting brands with impactful influencer marketing opportunities, crafting partnership strategies, and driving business growth through creativity and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead Generation & Research : Identify and research potential brand partners using market insights, trend analysis, and creative outreach. Drive quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, understand their goals, and create tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Strategic Sales : Pitch innovative campaign ideas and influencer marketing strategies to brands. Conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to discuss execution and deliverables.
  • Revenue & Performance Goals : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and partnership targets. Maintain a structured pipeline and provide timely progress reports.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams — influencer marketing, strategy, and creative — to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting : Manage your sales funnel efficiently, focusing on lead nurturing, conversion, and retention to ensure consistent business growth.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships — ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising.
  • Freshers with strong networking skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
